  4. Angel Round $300K-$1M
    • Congrats this is now a newborn start up company
      • Technical Viability is usually achieved during this stage
      • Paying and non paying customers are now using your product or service
      • Sometimes this is where you might get a small salary

    • Hire a lawyer and develop a new shareholder agreement

    • Establish Market leadership
